In most cases, we should be able to identify the problem over the phone and advise you of the issue. If the problem can’t be fixed over the phone, please follow these four steps below.

If you have an Eberspacher, Webasto, Autoterm (Planar), MV Heating (Mikuni) heater that needs to be repaired, Night Heater Solutions will perform a comprehensive diagnostic test and report, and provide you with with a quote for any necessary work.
We collect your heater from the address you specify in the United Kingdom**.

The diagnostic test and report will cost you £35
The £45.00 required for the diagnostic bench test can be used to assist fund your repair if you find our repair quotation acceptable and the necessary work to fix your heater is subsequently completed.
Only after your heater has been fixed and is ready to be returned to you will we ask for payment.
We strive to return your heater to you within 3 – 4 working days after receiving it, but please allow more time during busy periods. (shown on website)

Step 1

Prepare your heater

Please package your heater unit and fuel pump in a solid, well-packed box for collecting; we cannot assume liability for any damage incurred while travel. After completing the form below, a member of our team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for our courier to take up your heater unit free of charge. Alternatively, if you have a preferred courier and would like to arrange your own delivery, please send your heater to:

Step 2

Fill out the heater repair form

Please fill out the form below, making sure to include the box's weight and dimensions. We will contact you regarding the delivery or collection of your heater after the repair form has been completed and submitted to us. Please include your contact information in the heater package so that we can trace your heater repair order when it arrives.

Step 3

We’ve received your heater

Our online system will keep you updated on the status of your heater repair. Your heater will then be connected to the proper manufacturer approved diagnostic software for bench testing, which will identify any historic and current defects that may be stored on your heater ECU. After your heating faults have been identified, we will contact you with a report and repair quote. If you decide not to proceed with the quote or if your heater is beyond repair, simply request that it be returned to you. There will only be a diagnostic and return shipping fee to pay after that.

Step 4

Your heater has been repaired.

Once your heater unit has been diagnosed and/or repaired, we will contact you for payment and confirmation of the return address. Your heater will be returned to you the next business day via our tracked and insured courier delivery service. **.
